As the title suggests, I have a little bit of news for you: Olivia is going to be a big sister!
That’s right, in about 7 months time, we will be a family of 4! That is really cool thought 
And it wil be 4, we’ve had an early scan and it’s not twins!
However, this is currently being marred by some terrible all day (and night) sickness which the darling little thing is inflicting on my wife. Hopefully that will end soon and we can start enjoying the the next few months watching the bump grow

Congratulations – great news!
That may be hyperemesis; I suggest she sees her GP. My wife that with the twins, it was fine when treated. Not too pleasant tho!
