I’ve mentioned the NCT many times on the blog. I’m very glad I went as I met some fantastic people and there were some useful aspects. However as I have also said, the information wasn’t, in my opinion, balanced or real-world and the ethos is something that doesn’t work for everyone.
And this, my friends, sums up an NCT class perfectly….
P.S. your mileage may have varied, so please don’t be offended if it was perfect for you
